    Day Shift

Its on nextflix starring Jaime Foxx. Its pretty terrible but the action is good and I was able to watch it for that. What they did with Dave Francos character was so bad lol.

I'm intrigued, but what about it specifically did you like?

If you like sword choreography, check out the Rurouni Kenshin live action films. Hands down best close combat action I've ever seen in terms of bringing character and freshness every time out. Very fun.

            The Black Phone.

I thought it was pretty good, overall it was a well done movie. I would definitely recommend it.

Peacock streaming app is how I saw it. Amazon Prime Video have it too. So it is out on a few streaming apps.

It was a combination of the sword fighting and the loyalty the man had for his king and the king's daughter.

My signature now features the last film I've watched. These are the latest:

                  - Fear and Desire (1954, first Kubrick and I guess everyone must start somewhere. It's a meh)
                  - Ghost World (2001, loved the whole film but also how a lot of scenes are pretty much a carbon copy of the novel)
                  - Carnival of Souls (1962, I got major praise from this one before watching it, but is very predictable and the sound gets repetitive pretty easily)
                  - Big Bad Wolves (2013, a Tarantino favourite and I thought it was OK but the final twist is really good)
                  - Death Becomes Her (1994, the script still holds up and all three women -- Streep, Hawn, Rossellini -- are incredible)
                  - The Terminal (2004, another great feel good story from Spielberg and Hanks and Tucci were great).

White Raven - 8 out of 10. It is about a Ukrainian math teacher who became a legendary sniper.

Shadow - 8 out of 10. It is one of those subtitles kind of movie but damn it if it wasn't good. They tried to do my man dirty but he got the last laugh.

Top Gun Maverick - 8 out of 10. Went in with low expectations but it was a good movie. Watched it on Amazon Prime Video.

Black Site - 9 out of 10. Didn't disappoint, action packed movie.

Wrong Place - 7 out of 10. Wouldn't you know another Bruce Willis movie he made recently that I never heard about. Typical Bruce Willis movie. I swear he plays a cop of some kind in 99% of his movies.

and the movies Willis doesn't play as a cop, I still can't help view his character as a cop, or at least some sort of p.i.

saw Out Of Office last night on Comedy Central.
I know I'm easily amused but I'd still give it a recommend.

You might not like his recent efforts but it appears that Bruce is sadly done.

The Harbinger - 6 out of 10. Suppose to have been scary, but it wasn't. The middle was kind of boring and lack luster. Movie just look like a low budget film or a movie made from the 1980s or 1990s, but it was released this year.

I had not seen this movie in years. Not quite the production value of the recent live action Rurouni Kenshin movies, but it was not cheesy either.

Some good fight scenes with a very compelling story about children raised to be assassins, then experiencing feudal Japan as they start their mission and some philosophical issues around everything.
