Rock and Metal Fans of OS

All you you rock and metal fans, I would like to know your favorite bands, and who you listen too. Hopefully I, aswell as you all, could find some new bands to listen too.

I love Alter Bridge. Their songs actually have deep meanings, alot like Led Zeppelin.

The new Green Day CD is fantastic too, gotta love the punk rock!

I also listen to a few Canadian bands like Three Days Grace and Theory of a Deadman.

That's what I listen to, what about you?!

    Led Zeppelin
    Jimi Hendrix
    Mountain
    Nonpoint

This is the greatest song ever written - and the greatest performance of it:

    <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1-XxLQkSGWo&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1-XxLQkSGWo&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

The entire song is pure brilliance of which we'll never see again. The guitar solo from about 3:50 on is just ****ing amazing.

      Here's basically what I listen to on a consistent basis - http://www.last.fm/user/MrModernRock

Theory of Deadman sounds a lot like Nickelback to me.

Lately I've been playing Zeppelin III. I will have to bust out the CCR and Allman Brothers soon since its summer time.
