        Props for mentioning the Sleep! Very underrated!

        I could list a whole bunch by Dimebag, Mike Ammott, Jake E Lee, Hendrix and John Petrucci that I love. Outside of those guys, if I were going to point to one, I'd say "Colony" by In Flames has a fantastic acoustic solo going into an electric guitar lead. Love that melody.

                              I still like Ritchie's Smoke on the Water. But Eddie is up there too. That guy is amazing. Some of the older Van Halan was really good. I really love Kirk's Seek and Destroy.
