Just watched the latest episode and I am still digging the show. It's about to really go down next week now that the lead has got some ladies lined up. I'm wondering if this will go past a season though. I think it depends on if people keep sticking around in between shows like NYG_Meth does.
Well this show has certainly picked up. Tonights episode was great. It had just the right amount of funny and somewhat touching moments. Next weeks episode looks to be just as promising.

Ive been a big fan from the gate, but I really was disturbed by the kid crying, I mean, he tried sticking up for his sister but did they really need to turn that into father son hug, crying, segment?
and am i off base or does foreshadowing lead me to beleive dude is going to land his x wife as a client in the near future?
Reasons for? What did you expect from it that let you down? Just curious. I don't think the show is for everyone, but I don't mind spending less than 30 min. a week on it.

I wasn't really expecting much after the first few episodes, but I can honestly say not one episode has left me wanting it to be next week so I could watch the next show.
None of the characters are engaging in the slightest. The main character is set up to be intriguing, but the execution is horrendous. Same story for the pimp as well. The kids are also sub par actors. Overall the premise is very very good the overall execution from the entire cast leaves much to be desired.
I feel ya. It is a slow paced show, but it looks to be picking up. I agree with the acting, but for some reason I find myself engaged by the main character despite the acting flaws. If the acting was better then this show would be top-notch. But despite its flaws I am still enjoying it. And the Hazards of Love is excellent btw. The album flows wonderfully.
I think overall it is poorly put together. I can't tell, are they going for a comedy or something serious? I can't really figure it out.
Unique premise which I like, but I just don't really like the interactions between the characters.
Quick question though, how does the guy have NO money. I'm assuming the guy has to pay his wife, but does he not get paid for being a teacher? How does he not have $500 to fix his roof?
I may have missed the explanation for his lack of funds which is why I am asking.
That said, I will continue to watch it as they sandwiched it between True Blood and Entourage, but I watch it passively.

Yeah I like his flaws, I find them intriguing, however I just think he's a terrible actor.
And yes Hazards was an interesting project, good to see another fan
Finally got a chance to catch Sunday nights episode. I'm still digging the show for sure. I thought this episode was possibly one of the best yet. It's looking like Ray's ex-wife could possibly looking for some "happiness" here pretty soon. Good stuff.
