Java Installs?
I've recently been bugged by my Java auto updater to do installs. I've also recently read that <jusched.exe> is the process running that accomplishes this and it's not necessary to keep running. Also, Java doesn't uninstall previous updates, which is true. PCPitstop recommends going to the Java site and updating that way, but it is very confusing and a bit cryptic. Here's what I have installed via Java currently. Does anyone know what to install from the site that would be useful and necessary?? I'm running XP SP2.Tags: None -
Re: Java Installs?
First off uninstall all of those. JAVA is beyond stupid to offer automatic updates but not have the previous versions uninstalled. I hate how they do that. Then just go to the site click the download button and install a fresh version of the latest release.
