Pages won't load

The last few days my computer has had some problem where on certain sites it won't load the whole page. On OS, when I go in a lot of threads, it won't load the bottom of the thread. If there's 20 posts, it will load like 15 and a half of the posts, and then it acts like that's the end of the page. Same thing happens on another forum I go to. Facebook loads the links at the top and bottom of the page, but none of the content in the middle.

This is happening in both firefox and in IE. I had also been getting random pop ups, so I ran virus and spyware scans. It deleted spyware, and that problem stopped, but this is still happening.

Any ideas? I attached some images to show what I'm talking about.
