What kind of music are you guys into?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering, what kind of music do you guys like, I'm 14 and you could call me a head banger but I am known to like some classic rock and a tiny bit of rap lol :P my favourite bands include:

Aerosmith(great guitar riffs and Steven Tyler's crazy voice :P)
As I Lay Dying(great guitar riffs)
Avenged Sevenfold(powerful lyrics, and Synester Gates is an amazing guitarist :P)
Billy Talent(catchy tunes and good guitar riffs)
Bullet For My Valentine(amazing guitar riffs, powerful lyrics)
Children Of Bodom(good guitar and lyrics)
Escape The Fate(catchy guitar riffs)
Lamb Of God(loud n intense :P)
Michael Jackson(he is an amazing singer, and I don't care what anybody else say, R.I.P.)
Papa Roch(great guitar riffs and singing)
Protest The Hero(extremely amazing guitar riffs!)
Rise Against(powerful music with good guitar riffs)
Serj Tankian(probably the most powerful frontman, lyric wise)
System Of A Down(catchy songs)
Underoath(good guitar riffs)

I also play guitar myself and some day hope to play like the guitarists from, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet For My Valentine, Children Of Bodom, and Protest The Hero

I'm into metal of all kinds, but I'll take anything with good guitar. Lamb of God, a tone of Swedish bands, Dream Theater, Pantera and Protest the Hero lead the charge for me.

I play guitar. I'm about at the skill level of the Lamb of God or Killswitch guys, give or take a bpm, haha. I want to get to that Petrucci level though.

Wow your good lol I'm pretty much just covering oldies right now, can play a few Aerosmith, ACDC, Guns N Roses some newer stuff too, I actually just learned a Papa Roach song lol.

Teddy Pendergrass
Stylistics
Minnie Riperton (love her, severely underrated)
Phyllis Hyman
The O'Jays
Isaac Hayes
Prince
and of course, what will a list be without Michael Jackson, my favorite artist ever.

Then you have more contemporary R&B like R. Kelly, Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Aaliyah, etc.

I don't listen to much new R&B stuff unless the artist was around in the 90s and prior.

As for newer rappers (i.e. from this decade), I only listen to Kanye, T.I. and Lupe Fiasco

I specialize in 80's pop/new wave.

I appreciate 70/80's country. 80's/early 90's rap.

My favorite groups are Depeche Mode, U2, and the Beastie Boys. I don't speak spanish but growing up my dad listened to a group called Mazz. They are legends in the Mexican-American culture, especially in the southwest. I listen to them too because it reminds me of growing up back in the day. BBQ's, swimming, dances, weddings, etc...

Rev. Green seems a lot more chill and laid back to me compared to Marvin. I like both, but I love it when Marvin throws it into high gear.
