I was thirteen when I first saw Christy McNichol on the big screen (Little Darlings, 1980). I was instantly in love.....so much so in fact,that when my class had an assignment to write a letter to a famous person of our choice, I chose her over, say, the Queen of England or the President, lol. Never heard back from her, though...*sigh*
