That Dave thing was just ridiculous... I understand being kinda nervous, but jesus if you know you're that type of person, write it down or something. Hilarious.

I still find myself rooting for Tenille for some reason... she's managed to hang on even after getting in a straight-up shouting match with Ramsay. Her camera time segments are loud and grating, but I still like her more than the other people left... at least she's got some personality. Also, I hate Kevin's accent and I want to punch him in the face.

So yeah, Tenille or Dave are who I'm rooting for... ironically enough, since they hate eachother.

Wow, that's actually a tremendous call.

At this point, there's no way in hell either of the girls are winning. I think Dave is by far the best cook on the show - watch each service and see how many times Dave gets yelled at. Basically never, while all the rest of them (including Kevin) have screwed the easy things up multiple times. Overcooked rice, undercooked chicken, yada yada. Dave's game seems by far the tightest of them all and he's doing it with one hand. He just needs a little more creative flair and presentation, but overall I think it's his show to lose at this point.

Thank GOD!!! After someone pointed out in this thread that tenille always yelled into the camera me and my wife started going insane noticing it and it was true. Really glad she is gone. If i had to rate the chefs it would be 1. Kevin 2. Dave 3. Ariel.

Agreed on both. The show lost some of it's (annoying) entertainment value but, it least it still should be an interesting competition from here on out.

Heads up tonight guys. This is a 2 hour episode including the finale. First hour likely to be the 3 chefs taking turns running the pass , etc and the second hour where the final 2 design their restaurant, etc.

I guess the had to mash these two eppy's together because of the MLB playoffs.

There was an article in the local paper today about Araxi. The Executive Chef mentioned the winner of tonight's episode will be the Head Chef but still just an employee. I know the show likes to give off the impression the winner will run the kitchen but that's not the case.

I believe over half of the HK winners no longer work at the original restaurant.

I totally believe it, People have to remember that HK is a reality show. Nothing makes a reality show better with Conflict. They have very similary shows on the Food Network but those are all good chefs, not wierdos with personality problems.

I have a cousin who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he is pretty much a expert chef. Long Story short he tells me the mistakes these people make in the show are Amateur mistakes, a good chef would blow them all out of the water.

Congrats to Dave for winning this season. From start to finish he was the best. I don't even recall a major screw up from him.

Overall this was the best group of chefs they had. I believe they finished dinner service in the 3rd or 4th episode. The recap before the final hour touched on all the main parts. LOL at JP getting upset and every single second Robert was on my TV. He managed to get larger with each passing episode.
