They must have surveyed the WOW guys... but even then, you'd have to think they're happy with their lives. Let's see, I'm 26, have a good-paying job, work out regularly and my body fat percentage hovers around 10 percent...oh, yeah. I enjoy video games also. I'm also generally happy unless stupid people like the person who wrote this article piss me off.

Don't know about this report, but when I was at EA, I recall hearing of a few studies that put the "average" gamer age at 33. My stats are pretty rusty (I studied English in school), but I'm guessing that these studies are using mode rather than median to determine average, ie there's a larger group of 35-year-old gamers than 15-, 25-, or 45-year-olds, etc. If they claim to be using mean, ie the number of adult gamers under 35 = the number of adult gamers over 35, then I call BS.Originally posted by Thrash13Originally posted by slickdtcOriginally posted by Kipnis22Comment
