I think i want to go see this movie again , they released it at a good time with only Piranha 3d and Takers being the only other big releases this month.... i see long legs for the expendables...

i am like 99 percent sure stallone will make part 2..... and i hope he dont change the formula just bring in more people.

Absolutely awesome movie. Will be buying it on BR as well when it hits.

A lot of great action scenes and the final 20 minutes were just awesome. Well done Stallone!

I saw this last night and thought it was good.

I loved when Stallone and Staham went to the island for the first time and Staham fires on the enemies in the plane, and they drop gasoline on them and blow them up, that was awesome.

Terry Crew's gun was badass. It was great when he came from behind and slaughtered those dudes.

Totally. This movie reminded me of movies like Where Eagles Dare. Top three moments for me:

1) The opening kill where the guy gets his torso blown off. As soon as that happened I thought to myself, "This movie is going to be fan-****ing-tastic."

2) Stallone attacking the two guards who were about to take liberties with the general's daughter. First he cuts off the one guy's hand and then decapitates the other dude - with a knife. That's hard to do with a sword, much less a giant knife. Awesome.

3) The blowing up of the helicopter. Just when you thought the movie couldn't get any more over the top, Terry Crews lobs a howitzer shell up over the helicopter, which Stallone then explodes with his pistol that fires faster than most automatic rifles.

This movie made me feel awesome. That's really all that needs to be said about it.

Loved the movie just got back from it.

Im pretty sure all these Old Spice commercials are talking about the final 30 mins of this movie.


My only issue was the shaky camera during the fight scenes but other than that a great movie 9.9 out of 10

I saw it last night. The action scenes were great, but the herky jerky camera got kind of annoying, especially during the fighting scenes with Jet Li and the chase scene. The last 20 minutes was awesome, but the whole first hour was used to built up the scheme and storyline and then keep reinforcing it and throwing it back at us. Plus, all the character drama between/within the guys made them out to be a bunch of little girls PMSing.

Finally got a chance to see the movie last night and ... LOVED IT! Any guy that grew up watching 80's action movies needs to get out and see it. I really enjoyed the cameos by some of the guys (I won't spoil it for those that may not know) and thought all of the main actors did a real nice job. I thought Statham and Li were the best guys in the fim, with Lundgren (looks good for his age) being up there as well, although he was out of most of the 2nd half of the film.

Stallone is in great shape (I know he uses HGH but so what?) for his age, that is for certain. I hope to look somewhere in that ballpark when I'm 64.

We should have a vote for best movie gun. How do you thing Terry's Crews gun from this movie stacks up against Jessie Ventura's from Predator?

Might need to start a thread for this as I don't want to hijack the thread. I hope they make a squeal and get Seagal involved. Chuck Norris or Brian Bosworth would be awesome to get as well.
