Well, after seeing Kanye on Leno, I gained back a little respect for him. Leno pulled out the mom card on him and I think that got to him on a pretty deep level and he seemed genuinely remorseful for what he did

I saw this as well and he looked like a 10-year old in the principal's office w/how he stuttered - especially after the mom question.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I definately give him credit for giving a verbal apology. I still hope he personally apologizes to her in person.

That said, I don't really like how he tried to rationalize it. Yes, he did admit that he was in the wrong, but he danced around it a little bit.

I think it would have been better if he left out all that stuff about his hurt or whatever and just said, "I was drunk, I was completely in the wrong, and I am embarrassed. Sorry Taylor."

You so sure? Sorry, but 2 years ago or yesterday, he certainly looks like he's had his chance. I won't be cryin' myself to sleep.

                            Re: MTV VMAs

Damn, it was funny as hell to me how he magically appeared on stage and then everyone's reaction afterwards was classic.

This was obviously something he should of never done because I know to alot of people he comes off as some big egomaniac and this just makes his reputation as that worse. For some reason though, I don't look at him like that, which is why I wasn't really offended by him doing this. I don't agree with what he did but at the same time I wasn't flipping out and saying "I'm deleting every Kanye song on my iPod right now!".

IDK, I guess in a way I'm biased since he is my favourite current rapper (or artist I guess since rap is all I listen to) and I'm not saying he didn't act like a dumb*** or anything but to me it seemed like he meant for this whole thing to be a shot at MTV and he didn't mean to f*** with Taylor Swift's feelings and completley embarass her, it was done more to s*** on MTV's award show and he just picked a really bad time to do that. Or he was just really drunk....

It's good that he did the interview with Jay Leno and he was sincere about it. You could tell when Jay mentioned his Mom it probably never crossed his mind what she would've thought about that untill Jay mentioned it.

Yeah that video was from when he had a video up for an award and thought he got snubbed, thats why he was talking about how he had the #1 album and whatnot.
