Haha, loved the Michael-Toby interactions... the look on Michael's face when he hugged him had me dying. "You're a good guy" then back to "you're an idiot" in 5 minutes.

Very good episode. They really set up the Michael-Pam's Mom thing well.. remember that they showed the marriage problems that her parents were having back in that Jack Black episode and then they followed it up with the wedding scenes where her and Michael were basically filling a need for eachother. No shark-jumping happening here.

There's going to be a new set of Webisodes where Ryan is in a pop band called "Subtle Sexuality" or someting with Kelly and Erin. I'm pretty sure that's where he got the hat.

The Office webisode series “Subtle Sexuality” was written by Jonathan Hughes and Nate Federman, and directed by Mindy Kaling. It debuted on NBC.com October 29th. What was so funny about it? I got a chuckle out of seeing Ryan wearing a hat, but what's so funny about him saying "I'd rather not say"?

I figured there was something I missed from a pass episode or even during this one.

That is what I thought about the entire. Pam and Jim as a couple have reached finger nail to chalk board annoying. Show is starting to lose its touch.

              A top 15 episode.

I laughed from start to finish.

I wonder if Ed Helms is upset over his lack of lines? Before the season, I said the Andy character wasn't really needed on the show and I still feel the same way. With the success of the Hangover, I thought they might give him a bigger role but so far the exact opposite has happened.

I think they are giving him a fair amount of lines. Besides, he's been a pretty big part of the season, up until last night's episode.

I LOVED this last episode. Probably the funniest of the season.

I woulda sent Pam home though, lol. Can't be getting that mouthy with your boss at work.

I'm going to have to disagree. Outside of the Mafia episode, he hasn't been heavily involved in any of the storylines/subplots this season.

I'm not going to watch every episode this season to count the lines, but I'm sure even Kevin has had more lines than Andy this season.

Wow, totally disagree-this episode was one of my favorites of all time. Had a lot of real emotion-I was critical of the wedding episode, but later conceded that I underestimated what Michael's rendezvous with Pam's mother would generate in later shows. If anything the new Jim-Michael-Pam-Mommy dynamic will supply some great material down the road. The bugged duck & pen, Michael's insincerity and meanness to Toby and the Pam rage was quality stuff. An A+ effort.

I thought the best line was "what did I do?" by Toby when Jim yelled "Not right now!" hahahaha

Oh man that was one hilarious episode!

The sky's the limit for Ed-I doubt he's sweating much right now. If anything he asked the show to reduce his role, at least for the near future. This article from Variety, dated over two months ago says he will be on hiatus from The Office shooting schedule starting in October to begin filming Cedar Rapids. Unless Ed does a Fred MacMurray, his Office appearances this year will be scant to say the least.

Wow, I don't agree with that at all. Show has been great this year.

As far as Jim and Pam go, I think that is written perfectly; they're that annoying newly wed couple with tons of inside jokes.
