              Not gonna lie, I love this show. As a semi-health/fitness freak I love seeing people who see the light and turn their lives around.

                      Couldn't help but tear up when that one lady talked about how her husband, 5 year old and infant child were all killed in a car accident. So sad.

                          I'll be watching the season. It's a love/hate thing with me. I love some parts of the show, and absolutely hate others.

                          Was Abby the one who lost her family? My wife was balling when that lady was talking.

                                      Good show but I don't like the 2-hour format. The weigh-ins take too long and then the last 30 minutes is people crying and blabbing on about how they are going to vote for X to be kicked off.

                                      I think the show would run smoother at 90 minutes but all in all, it's decent to watch.

                                          I DVR it and watch the last half hour, that's all you need really.
