      I bought my own modem and they still installed their own, saying mine doesn't work (Which it did)

      I didn't know much about Comcast until I got service from them down here in Miami. The more I read about them and the more I interact with customer service, the more I hope their business burns to the ground.

        I guess I need to read the fine print I have my own but they installed theirs also, but I didnt know I was being charged for it.I think Ill goto direct TV.
