They are real. The guy that made the site looks through classified ads, emails the person and acts like as much of an ***hole as he can.

Got you. That is funny. I was trying to figure that out. That is classic. I know back when I was a kid my mom and my friends mom made sure we had the chicken pox, so they have us play with the one that had the chicken pox. Just like the South Park episode.
