Ulead Gif Animator. You may need to use a video converter to convert the file into a supported format though. Adobe Photoshop can also do it, but I don't think it supports a wide array of video files and if you're not experienced in photoshop, don't even try it.[NYK|DAL|VT]

I tried Ulead, didn't really like it. Don't mean to kinda just throw your suggestion to the side, but it just really left a bad taste in my mouth just tryin it for a few minutes.
It seems like every program I try, either the final GIF won't be as clear as the video it was made from, or it'll be clear, but it'll run at a horrendously slow framerate.

Hmm...I don't see what the issue is. I never had the problem. And you can edit the frame speeds too.
When you optimize the gif, try putting it at the highest settings. Max number of colors, etc. Just fool around a bit. Ulead's the best from what I've heard and used. Photoshop's is pretty good too but complicated for someone without a whole lot of experience.

Well, I accidentally changed the size of the frame somehow, and now it's 480x60, which means it's very small and not the ideal size.
How do I change it back to a normal size? And how do I optimize the frame speed?Comment
