This would be horrible for all competition in the market. Comcast has already and is pulling channels off other providers because they can. Hopefully some government agency will strike down any deal.

Comcast has ridiculous money but this might go just like their talks about buying Disney and Sprint.

They probably can't do anything with OTA NBC stations, but they would also own Syfy & USA, which are probably close to being the 2 highest rated drama cable channels.
