Scanner Software

I need a software for a scanner. It's a HP printer with scanner. Does anyone know a free scanning software that I can use?

go to HP website and it should have the program that came with th e printer originally. I too have an HP photo printer with scanning capabilities. i went to their site when I couldn't find the install disk. Once you have the scanner working you can use windows scanner from the control panel to scan images.

Well, I did find the printer drivers and programs at the HP website, but couldn't find scanning program and nothing else worked.
