Drake, Kanye, Lil' Wayne, Eminem - Forever

Pretty cool video featuring LeBron James...

(embedding disabled on the only uncensored version I can find)

... and interesting to see three of the biggest names in hip-hop together with one of the up-and-coming players in the genre.

But damn does this show how much better Eminem is is than a lot of the other "Big Name" rappers. His verse COMPLETELY killed it. No one else's even came close.

      Not good

It wasn't good enough to be a good song and it wasn't catchy or clever enough to be something I'd like on the radio

Song is ok. Eminem killed it, which is saying something because his lyrics didn't really even go with the song but was still way better than everyone else.

Also more proof that Lil Wayne is garbage.

          1. Eminem.

          2. Drake

          4. Lil Wayne/Kanye

Wayne is great for what he is. If you take Wayne's music "seriously" then I don't know what to tell you.

              I actually liked Kanye's verse.

Eh, I don't take his music "seriously" and I still think he's terrible.

But that's the good part about music. Everyone hears something different.

Lil Wayne's been garbage since the Carter 2.

I don't take music seriously at all, but he's done too many drugs and does way too many songs. The too many songs is his biggest issue because it spreads his material incredibly thin. Because of this, even when he has a nice line or two, you know it's generally going to be surrounded by terrible lines.

Me too, he was pretty clever with his lines.

One song he is very clever in is Back Like That off of Ghostface Killahs, new CD.

I've been alive over the past 5 years including living in the south for a time, so yes I have heard his mixtapes.

For me Wayne is "trash" however there are a number of his tracks that I hold dear to my heart when I'm in a certain mood. I should have just said that in the first place.

I can say the same thing about Drake and pretty much every big name rapper.

That about sums it up, for me with Wayne. I pretty much know what he's going to say because it's a reincarnation of a verse or phrase he's used on another of the one billion songs he's done. The worst part is his decision to oversaturate himself is what made him the self proclaimed "best rapper alive" and made him as popular as he is today. Sadly it was not because his flow was getting better, but rather because he was on every third song you heard playing that listening to wayne became as involuntary as breathing. Its a shame because 95% of wayne fans don't even know how good he was and could've been. I still listen to him searching for the "damn" moments he used to give me but they are harder and harder to come by.

I wish Kanye still rapped like he did on College Dropout and rapped with with meaning, and I wish Lil Wayne would go back to his Carter & Carter 2 days. Both have taken a huge drop IMO in terms of quality, but there out for the money so cant really blame them.
