Does microsoft owe me a new Xbox

yesterday my Xbox 360 got the Red ring of death for the second time. now the first time occured about a year ago and after sending my Xbox 360 to microsoft they promised that it would not happen again. now i am absolutely positve that it is infact the red ring of death because even after un plugging and replugging in all of the cords the damn 3 red rings and the dark one showed up. does microsoft owe me another Xbox after promising me that it would not happen again?

Go on their repair website and find out what they owe you. They keep track of all of this, and they'll tell you what they'll do when you enter the serial number.
