Just My opinion, I think Palm OS Stinks, My old palm pre was just garbage, I hated the interface.

It was your hardware that was garbage. Their OS is probably the best one out there.

i was messing with my friends Droid X and saw his custom folders and icons and was loving it.

I wanted to clean up my Droid Pro and have been researching bunch of things on how to do it on the Pro and can't find anything.

I can create the folders but can't get custom icons on there for me.

I tried buying folder organizer but it would go through. Seems like an issue when buying things from oversea locations. I then uploaded the free version and still could not get it working.

The battery on my EVO is just possessed. Some days it's decent and I can make it through the day without having to charge it. Today it was off the charger for less than five hours and it was dead.

I didn't have the 4G, wifi or GPS turned on and wasn't roaming or without service. I'm rooted too and the battery life definitely improved after I flashed Warm2.2. Just baffling to me that a mobile device could have such wildly different battery performances.

It's frustrating, especially since I charge my iPad about once a week. Guess it's time to buy a second battery. /rant

Just got a Samsung Mesmerize last weekend and love it. What are some games you guys can recommend? I play a lot of Angry Birds and Flick Kick Football, but i'm looking for something more involving.

1. What does syncing mean, I notice it everywhere from music to contacts. I even saw "resync" in the music application. Can anyone explain sync and resync?

2. If I want to use a wi fi connection like @ starbucks, do I HAVE to turn airplane mode on? The lady at T-Mobile told me that to make sure I'm not incurring any data usage on my plan, to turn airplane mode on and wifi on. Can anyone clarify? I want to be able to receive calls and use wifi. Thanks.

im really tempted to get the 3500mAh Extended Battery for the evo just so i dont have to have a charger with me everywhere

Thanks for the link FF, I pulled the trigger today. I need more power and reliability. Kash, I can let you know how it is but the reviews are obviously all solid. I'm interested in seeing how bulky it makes the phone. I already like that it's a larger phone since I'm a big person so I don't think I'll mind too much.

No doubt. I love that so many iPhone users I know complain about how small it is after using an iPad too. The size of the EVO is just right for me.

I'm so tempted to flash MIUI ROM. Looks good and only drawback for me is no 4G which I hardly use anyways. I do occasionally tether my 4G signal but not often. I may try it out as I can always flash back to a Sense Rom and have 4G again.

The battery life on all android phones varies wildy from day-to-day. I hear 2.3 improves battery life, but its not drastic.

On another note, is anyone getting a Honeycomb tablet? I'll probably get the iPad 2, but i'm gonna keep a close eye on all the Honeycomb tablets. Wifi only is must, IMO. If I want 3g on it, i'll tether from my phone.
