    "Man vs Food"

sorry if this has been posted...

This show rocks, it's in the 2nd season right now. Adam Richmond is the host, he goes city to city to take on food challenges. Anyone else DVR this every Wednesday?

I've seen him eat like an 8 pound hamburger before, but then I've seen him fail a 4 pound burrito challenge. Love this show

Wanna add a little more. Another show I love to watch is 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives' on foodnetwork with host Guy
Have you guys ever been to any of the locations featured on these 2 shows? I wanna hear about it. I've been to Geno's in Philadelphia for a cheesesteak which was featured in Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I wasn't able to check out Pat's, but Geno's was great.

I love this show as well. I like to think I could tackle some of these food challenges too. To bad there are no places even remotely like the places he goes to around here.

I pretty sure I could as well, especially a spicy food challenge.
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

I tried watching this once (Phaal curry) and didn't really enjoy it. I've had multiple people tell me how good it is, so maybe I should give it another shot.

Yeah me and the rest of my family like to watch this show. My sister went to San Antonio a couple of weeks ago and went to one of the restaurants Adam went to. I forgot the name of the place but it's where they service that pizza that is like 52".

The show is interesting and funny at the same time. Some of those hot wings he eats for the challenges are insane. The amount of chile put in those wings are insanely hot. That ghost chile is something else.

I really like both of these shows.

I think it was Diners, Drive ins, and Dives where they went to this place in Montana or Wyoming...

anyway, they served pancakes that had to be flipped with a snow shovel. I will eat at this place one day.

The MVF guy went to Quaker Steak and Lube for a hot wing challenge... it's just a chain of wing places around here (Pittsburgh), though he may have gone to the original. I haven't had the Atomic Hot Wings he ate, but it doesn't seem that difficult. People do it all the time.

I saw a commercial talking about how he was returning to some wing place to give a hot wing challenge a second try. Apparently, he could only get through ONE BITE the first time... lol

I really enjoy watching this show, Adam's cool and makes it fun, and the challenges are crazy. No way I could do any of them, I just don't have the stomach capacity to eat that much in one sitting.

I was able to eat 1 of the atomic wings. It was a nightmare to put it lightly lol. My uncle ate 5.

I ate one bite during the atomic wing challenge. NEVER again. I have Quaker Steak like 5 mins from my house and my wife mentioned trying it, I just laughed. LOL

I've been to the sausage place when he was in Columbus.

There's no way I could do the spicy challenges...they just are too painful and I don't enjoy that pain and don't see why anyone eats stuff that hot.

I've had the "privilege" of meeting the host when he came to Rutgers. He is one of the biggest D-Bags I ever saw. When they weren't filming he kept on hitting on the Co-Eds and they wouldn't give him the time of day. It was nice to see him get rejected after playing "WELL I HAVE A TV SHOW" card 3294832 times in a row.

Man Vs. Food is a very entertaining show, although Adam (the host) does get on my nerves from time to time. It, however, is not the best food-based show on Travel. No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain is awesome.

Also, it was nice to see Adam in Michigan on a show a few weeks back.
