This a stupid thing to make a thread about but its pissing me off. I brought a screen protector for my new Motorola Cliq and one for my Dad's MyTouch. The way they come in is sort of double sided, you have to rip it apart and past it to the screen and then remove the sticker on it.
Now the sticker left sticky residue which is IMPOSSIBLE to get off, i tried and i just ended up sort of spreading it around the top of my screen. Well i tried cleaning it off with a warm cloth, some Windex window cleaner etc and it's still there.
I thought it was due to the way i tried removing the sticker, but when i did my dad's screen as well, it left the same sticky residue, however i didn't try to clean his off since that would only spread it.
How can i get if off without having to buy a new screen protector?? any special thing to do??? It's really ruining the look if my phone
