Sick Puppies are NOT pop-rock dude, lol. They had that one huge hit and that is it. Listen to their music as a whole before you stick them in a genre. A lot of their songs are ridiculously angry.

Theory of a Deadman has good songs to go along with the stupid poppy ones. I like By the Way (try and find the acoustic version on iTunes, it's great) and All Or Nothing the most on their newest album, with Heaven being a good ballad.

And I think you guys are miscalculating what "worst songs" really means. You're saying them like "overrated." What I mean are songs that are just plain... bad. No good lyrics, no good melody, and about 97% of the entire population would ever willingly give the song a second listen.

If we're just talking about songs that are constantly played that we don't like, I have a huge list. I guess you can just merge anything rap, hip-hop, and death metal and call it a night, actually.

Wow, those so called bad bands made more money then you did. Also, "We built this City" by Starship was a good song back when it was written. And Ice made a hell of a lot of money off that bad music. But back when it came out people didn't think it was bad. I guess that is what makes a band great does their music with stand time.

Some of that new wave crap was bad and some hair bands of the 80's were bad too. Enough Enough is one example.

This is probably where my list falls into. Songs that get played over and over and over and over and over, etc. The bands that I listed get played so constantly here in the St. Louis area that it gets annoying to even listen to the radio. I'm not saying they aren't talented. Just not my cup of tea.

For instance, Sick Puppies: I like "War", "Going Down" and a few other songs off of their previous album. It just gets played so much here and they open up for every other band in the area it seems like. I'm going to Breaking Benjamin in December, guess who's opening? Sick Puppies and Papa Roach. Never seen Papa Roach, so I'll let them fly. I guess I'm just so over-exposed to them that I've just grown tired of them.

Yet 5 of the top 15 selling albums right now are country. So I guess if you combined pop, rock and rap that as a whole is more popular.

Down here in trailerpark land we are at a disadvantage since none of us can afford electricity or battiers to run CD players. So the numbers are skewed

I don't think it's out of line to assume that folks in trailerparkland may be behind the curve when it comes to downloading songs.
