Does anyone have Time Warner Cable and if so have you experienced issues with your HD DVR box after the update?

Since the update I have not been able to access ESPNHD. I will tune to it, it will flash then go to a black screen. I tried to call time warner and their Tech Support line has hours. WTF?

No problem here with either of my HD DVR boxes. Not sure why their tech support wouldn't be open, either. I've called them at all hours of the night before.

I did a live chat and the guy "sent a signal" to the box and it still doesn't work. I have a service call set up for Monday from 8-10am.

What tech support number do you use?

Sounds like it could be a weak signal that is preventing that channel from showing...

Sorry, I missed this last night. I just use a local number.

It's possible they've changed things as it's been awhile since I called them, but I know at one point they had support 24/7.

No problems with signals. I have noticed that when ibtey to record something a few minutes before the show starts and a few minutes after the dvr defaults to the original time. IE I record somethig from 7:59 to 8:32 it jumps back to 8:00 - 830. It makes me miss the endings sometimes. I have no idea what it started do that.

I went in a changed every show and a dew recorded correctly until
the next time, then it was back to default time.

Dude setup a service call for me on tomorrow between 8-10am. I'm one who can be a butt munch when it comes to a service that I'm paying for that's not working even when it's something as seemingly meaningless as my HDTV channels.

I've actually been getting this on my box upstairs but not downstairs. Let me know if you get it worked out, probably going to give them a call soon.
