I know back in my day Cheerleaders only wore the uniforms on gameday, these girls parents must hate cleaning the uniforms every night for them. Wonder ho much detergent they go through a year.

oh my gwyneth paltrow. did not know you were a singer now.

Also yesterday i was listening to a rap radio station in Baltimore, and they play gwyneth paltrow version of Umbrella and they were making fun of it so much and laughing at it. I was cracking up over it with what was being said not knowing it was from Glee.

I'm watching the episode now and it just as funny.

I don't watch the show but just watched the video of it and I'm not sure what was so funny about it?

Seems like a good cover of it and I like mixing it in with Singing in the Rain.

Good for them, but music confuses me. I won't ever understand an industry that gives an artist as much respect for covering a song as they do the original performer. That could never happen in a movie. People instantly complain when someone remakes a film. With music, it's different. I guess because the entire art form is listening and singing out loud what you heard.

But, yea, Glee is going to make this an unreachable record by the time it's off the air. Nearly every song they perform is on iTunes and eventually makes the Billboard list. And mostly all of the songs are former hits so it's only inevitable that they have staying power to be hits again.
