Good sites for converting youtube vidz into mp4's?

Tried a couple and some are not working and some only give me trails like one video to convert and then I have to register and pay.

If you have Firefox, they have a great add-on that converts the video while it downloads.

Forgot the add-on name as it's on my home PC.

http://www.listentoyoutube.com/ is what I use. It's free but be prepared for some annoying popups.

I'm talking about a program that allows you to grab any youtube video and convert it to a mp4 and save it on to your desktop ready to drag onto your ipod. My gf was messing around one day and found a program that allowed her to do it. She's got like 20 vidz on her ipod. The problem she forgot what program it was.

Awesome site but I'm trying to get videos onto my Ipod. Thank you though your awesome for giving me that link I have bunch unreleased songs that I was worried about getting onto my Ipod but this link solves everything but not for my video problem

I use keepvid.com They allow you to download an mp4 of the video if it is new enough.
