I think I have a virus or malware, but don't know what to do.

Ok so I keep getting these new website windows popping up. Like their own page. I use firefox. I have Norton and have run multiple complete scans and nothing. I also tried AVG, and Avast. Nothing at all. They pop up like every 20 min or so. Its like firefox is opening a whole new page.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

As other users has instructed. Install MalwareBytes, Update it. Run a scan. Clean out anything it finds. Restart machine in Safe mode, and re-scan again.

I know this sounds terribly obvious....
But I got the same thing a couple of times and simply restoring to an earlier date fixed it for me.
Something was installed onto my computer and I couldn't find it.
An earlier restore point set it straight.
            Worth a try.

Try this. Just scan with the free one and see if you come up with something. If not try going to a forum like GeeksToGo and have them help you fix the problem.

Give the malwarebytes if the other one doesn't work. Just install the program and run a quick scan it should pick up whatever you got.

I killed it. I didn't update the malwarebytes, once I did and ran a full scan it found a bunch of crap. Thanks guys!!
