I hate texting, but if it involves talking with a girl late at night when I can't do it over the phone, I sure love taking advantage of the fact.

I probably sent a few thousand last month. No where near 10k, but probably 2 or 3.

Now that I am single...my texting will be significantly less. I hate talking on the phone, so being able to cut out the chit-chat with texts is my preferred method.

Same here. Hate being tied down in a phone conversation. I can't multitask worth a damn.

That would mean you sent 333 texts a day. That would be 14 an hour every hour, 24 hours a day, and one text you sent every 4 minutes, every hour for 24 hours. Something doesnt add up.

let's not forget the amount of texts your carrier says you've used also include incoming ones as well

not so much. probably average around 25 a day (that's incoming and outgoing).

unless it's late at night, i'd rather talk than text.

I text alot with friends back home almost every day. I havent looked at totals per month so I have no clue where I stand with it but I'm guessing it'd be pretty high.

I wont answer phone calls, even if I notice it. I rather have someone text me, alot quicker and to the point for me.

I am. This month with 2 days left in my billing cycle i have 7,023 texts. I never texted that much when i had my Razr but with the iPhone its so much easier because of the keyboard.

I hate phone calls because they usually drag on longer than they should - plus when I'm talking to somebody on the phone I don't feel like I can do anything else.

That's exactly how I feel.

Especially since I feel like every time someone calls me, I'm always doing work and need both hands to type or write or I'm trying to read, etc.

Talking on the phone is just so...boring.
