Which would be the best way to go? Are IPOD Touches and I-Phones compatible in head to head Wi-Fi games?

They are and I'd highly recommend the iPod touch....I use mine all the time as they can do so much more than a psp can

I have no clue why you'd even consider a PSP-Go.

iPod Touch all the way, and yes, you can play iPhone's but only in Wi-Fi mode (meaning the iPhone has to be on wi-fi as well). The Touch is an awesome device, I use mine for hours a day every day.

yeah i use mine for probably about 4 or 5 hours a day..it's very handy to sit at home watching tv and doing stuff on it.

plus the apps, OMG, like last night i downloaded pocketblu, this app that allows you to control your ps3 movie you are watching, how cool is that??? plus if you leave the ps3 movie in the drive you can stream that movie to your ipod touch remotely, so long as you have wi-fi. it's stuff like that that really makes the ipod touch so multi-purpose that it's fantastic!

Yeah, I tried that app. I don't have any of the movies listed that are compatible and could never get it to find my BD player.

Since I use mine mostly for gaming, I went with the Go. That said, however, if you want to listen to music and play all the little apps, etc, then the touch is the easy choice there.

Don't forget, surfing the net, downloading books from Kindle/Amazon, etc. The iPod really does so much more than the PSP, plus it has great games too, although I will say I do miss a joystick for Madden on the iPod..

Play GTA Chinatown Wars on the iPod Touch and tell me it doesn't play games well...plus, GTA is $10 on the Touch/Phone.

My personal addiction on the ipod right now is Monopoly. It plays better than real life Monopoly!

Lol well I still like my psp better for games EG. I just like feel of buttons and the analog nub. If I get a touch it will be because I get an iphone again. Like I said though it was just personal preference for me because I can totally see and argue why the touch would be a better option.

IMO, the touch is better overall, but if your strictly gaming id much rather have the psp go. I have a touch and playing actual games (fps, racing) isnt easy especially with fat fingers.
