Ok Go:Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky

My first purchase of 2010 and the guys have switched it up. Still pop, but a lighter pop. Their first single "WTF" could easily be a Prince track. The rest of the disc follows a similar path, except the last few songs, which mellow out and have a more spacey feel to them. Sure to disappoint some of the diehards of the groups first two discs. Even though I enjoyed their first two as well, I appreciate the change. I welcome it in fact, as it shows they are being artists, musicians, and most importantly themselves. In this day and age of formulated music, the new OK GO is more than just OK with me.

That's a fair enough review. I actually agree with most it, though like you, I would rate it higher. 7.5 out 10 for me.
