Went to Tech N9ne last night at the Showbox Sodo in Seattle. Two words for the show...f***ing sick. Ok, that's two.

Re: Concerts you plan on going to in 2010
Saw the Deftones in Grand Rapids on Friday and it was incredible. I'd recommend this show to any rock fans simply off energy alone. Excellent concert and I'm surprised Chino's voice can reach the level it does in each show he performs.Comment

Just Saw Alice in Chains and STP in Camden on Sunday. AIC blew STP off the stage I thought. STP was good but Scott's voice sounded off. If you have any inclination to go see AIC I suggest you do so! No gimmicks, they just get on stage and jam.Comment

Damn! Simon and Garfunkel's concert has been postponed for the 2nd time! It was supposed to be held in May, postponed to July 8th, now postponed again...
The Simon & Garfunkel tour that had been set for July has now been postponed indefinitely. The tour, originally set for April and then rescheduled for July (Winnipeg’s rescheduled date July 8), is now on hold as Art Garfunkel continues to recover from a vocal paresis. According to his doctors, Art is expected to make a full recovery, however they cannot predict an exact timeline. This condition (paresis) inhibits the duo from performing shows at the highest possible level and it is for that reason and out of respect for their fans that Paul and Art have decided to put the tour on hold.
Simon & Garfunkel regret any inconvenience this has caused their fans and are looking forward to rescheduling the dates when Art fully recovers. Art says, “I do feel bad about disrupting so many people’s plans but, as I continue to mend, I can’t yet bring my ‘A Game’ to a tour, and I would not perform for you with anything less.”
Tickets can be refunded at place of purchase or call your local venue. My Specs:

Yup - saw them back in Nov. at MSG.. nice to hear some rarely played tunes in that one (Trapped under Ice, Dyer's Eve)..
I see that they are also coming (or had come out) with a movie on their Euro tour that included Anthrax, Slayer, and Megadeth...Comment

Saw Danzig last night in Boston at the House of Blues, great show. The guy's 55 but still flies around that stage. Also attended an in-store signing during the day and was able to meet Glenn Danzig and get some of my old vinyl sleeves signed as well as the new album. All in all, an excellent experience.Comment

Just got me some tickets for the concert on the coast tonight. It's to benefit people on the Gulf having a hard time from the oil spill.
