Saw this today, really enjoyed it. Denzel is the man and probably the greatest actor I'll see in my lifetime.

Like I said in another thread, I only went to see Denzel and I didn't even think that it would be that great but I loved the movie. I can't wait to see it again.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

                  Basically the same for me.

I was really looking forward to it and then the negative reviews started streaming in, but I thought it was fantastic.

I just saw finished watching this tonight. The other night I watched the first hour, I started to think it wasn't that great and I fell asleep. As I finished watching the movie.. I began to love it.

In fact, I really loved this movie. I'm planning on watching it again through the entire movie just to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I'll probably wait until its on DVD. Until I read some of the reviews, I was thinking I wanted to go see it in the theater.

The review in NYC taxis nailed it as far as everyone's review here. "If you are a fan of Denzel, you could watch him read the phone book and love it. Others will find this slow, long, and boring. Without Denzel, this movie doesn't get made." As long as you don't expect to see no stop action, it looks ok.

For me, I went to see it for Denzel but after watching it I would've liked it even if he wasn't in it.

Ditto, once I figured everything out it really made me want to see it again.

Yeah, its not like Denzel's performance is leaps and bounds above everyone else's. I would say Oldman's is just as good.
