    I don't think that's the definition of intellectual property, but maybe the legal brethren here can clarify that. Now, if YouTube has some in their TOS that says anything UL'd becomes our property and it is considered that you are now ripping off YouTube, I could buy that a bit more, but it's still not copyrighted material.
