50% of the movies listed in this thread aren't considered crappy movies but most people IMO.

Totally agree. I was a little surprised by some of the movies listed. Major League? C'mon. I will say taking a girl to see 8 Mile at the theater, when there weren't better options mind you, cost me an evening of watching an important Miami Hurricanes-Pitt Panthers football game and instead watching The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood. At least that one had some eye candy in it.

By the way, mgoblue, Real Genius is one of my favorite 80's movies. I've never considered it crappy though.

I'll have to come back to this thread after checking out my DVD collection.

Have you seen The Room Rap video on YouTube? I'd post it but I'm at work right now and can't get it. Freaking hilarious, I about tear up laughing so hard every time I watch it.

I'm so glad at least one other person at OS has experienced the awesomeness that is The Room. Shame on everyone else.

Yeah, if that's the DeNiro movie then I have to add that to my list. I don't understand the hate for it but I thought it was a pretty solid movie. I think a lot of people got their panties in a bunch because they changed the setting for the movie. The original book had the story set in Boston.
