Something new? What did you have up there before?

          Was it the same beat?

Well, I like the loop in this one. Not bad at all. I can see some loud, Southern rappers getting on it.

I could be more direct about certain sounds, but I'm not the sound expert so I won't pretend to be.

Nah, I had a different loop up

I finished the first one I put up so I removed that loop..Im just trying to find a good software to use for beatmaking videos/tutorials...I dont really like the sound quality in those vids...I may just buy a camera and use iMovie...

Anyways thanks for the feedback bro

Im going to load up the full beat in a vid soon and that version should have way better sound quality

I like vid 2 the best. Not sure about 3...bit to mellow for my tastes.

second video is the best hands down. Don't know what the 3rd video could be used for, maybe singing more then rapping over.

Yeah, I was debating on raising the tempo or not for the vid #3

a good rapper would destroy #3. not too mellow.

I agree with mrprice. Beat #3 could be run by a good rapper - even if only someone that just know how to hype a crowd. I'm not expecting the most intelligent lyrics.

That being said, and because I prefer to be brutally honest about these things (I expect the same in return with my writing so I can accept what I dish), I do not like the snare. At all. I think it is actually horrible. The drums aren't that special either, but I can live with them.

I'm not sure what sound bank you have, but you either need to update them or add some effects because they sound way too computerized right now.

Add some dope drums and snares to Beat #3 and you have something there.

Thanks bro, nice input...The sound bank I used for #3 was stock sounds in logic, I didnt dig into my personal library...I actaully felt the same way about the snares and I recently changed them in the finished product

Ah, stock sounds. Yes, that makes sense.

Well, it's cool that you updated them with your personal library so I'm sure it already sounds many times better.

                              This is all good stuff.
