    Re: Actor Corey Haim dead

Always sad to hear someone passing away at a young age, but considering he was a drug addict off and on for 20 years, it's not a shock, either.

License To Drive and Lost Boys were two of my favorite 80's teen movies when I was growing up.

I remember watching Feldman on the Sureal Life and he was a complete idiot.
He was so ***** whiped it wasnt even funny. He had to ask his wife if it was ok to breathe!
It is nice to see he is no longer on drugs and I applaud him for being sober now.
Did any of you catch him on Larry King last night?? He went off on the whole Hollywood scene!
He talked about how alot of the "big" stars were on twitter last night talking about how sad Haim's death was and how they wish they could have saved him. He said he received a ton of calls and emails from stars offering telling him how sad they where about Haim's death.
He says he told all of them they should had been there for Haim the last 10-15 years.
He said there calls were all fake and they only called him for attention and because it was the thing to do. He said he couldnt stand everyone talking about him like they were his friend when in fact none of them gave a crap about Haim.

I agree with Feldman on that, it was pretty apparent no one but Feldman had anything to do with Haim after his star crashed. And even then Feldman was barely there after the Two Coreys ended. So yeah, Feldman is right, Hollywood is a bunch of phonies to put forth such sentiments, they didn't give a flip about Haim at all.

He's right but then again, you have these stupid reporters for TMZ and ET that will stick a microphone in a celebrity's face and ask them 'What are your thoughts about Corey Haim passing away?' Like I really care to hear what (for example) Justin Timberlake has to say on the subject.

Hollywood types being shallow and fake? Can't buy that.

Yeah but TMZ and ET had nothing to to with all the sympathy tweets all the stars put out yesterday.
By the way I have watched a ton of small time interviews with Haim today (slow day at work) and he was a really nice dude. Even when people are making fun of him and calling him washed up he doesnt get mad, he just kind of goes with the flow and ignores them.
Again he just seemed like a good hearted guy who died way too young. Check out some of the clips on youtube, dude was a hell of a guy.

Haim did seem like a nice kid, it's just another tragic tale of someone getting a taste of the Hollywood lifestyle and not being able to kick a serious drug addiction.

He was a really nice guy I agree, he just got stuck in the late teen's "party mode" and it took it's toll on him.

                      Re: Actor Corey Haim dead

There is a interview with the Coreys on youtube titled last Haim interview and he looks sick.
His face looks really pale and he looks like he was gaining weight again. Again he was really nice in the interview, Feldman was hamming it up and really liking the attention from the interviewer. While Haim was kind of acting like he just wanted to leave but he was really nice and kept thanking the interviewer for asking how he was.
Interesting that he has a new movie coming out in a couple weeks with the guy from the Transporter. I wonder if everyone will want to go see it and talk about how good of an actor he is??

TMZ has learned the four pill bottles found in the apartment where Corey Haim collapsed yesterday included the generic versions of Vicodin and Valium ... and the same doctor prescribed all 4 powerful meds just days before Haim died.

all drugs prescribed days ago. Probably accidental overdose. Who knows

Law enforcement sources tell us the pill bottles retrieved in the apartment of Haim's mother are hydrocodone (Vicodin), diazepam (Valium), haloperidol (an antipsychotic med) and Soma (a muscle relaxer)

Corey Haim had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs, according to the L.A. County Coroner's Office, but the Coroner has not determined that any of those conditions caused Haim's death.
