Here's another one my uncle played on me many years ago.

- Think of a small number




- Double the number.




- Add 8 to the result.




- Divide the result by 2.



- Subtract the original number...



-Convert this into a letter of the alphabet. (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, etc.)



-Think of the name of a country which starts with this letter.



-Think of an animal whose name starts with the country's second letter.





-Think of the color of that animal...

Thanks to my paternal grandfather who was in the navy during WW II and was always quizzing me on geography I'm a bit of a map whiz since I would always be studying my globe or atlas in preparation for his questions. I can name just about every country in the world. (I know, I know ) As a result, I threw my uncle a curveball when I came up with a brown jackal from Djibouti. Djibouti is a small country in eastern Africa bordered by Somalia, Ethiopia, and Eritrea



I suppose my reasoning for coming up with that answer was that there are no indigenous elephants in Denmark (though they can be found in zoos), but jackals are indigenous to Djibouti.
