      I've been looking forward to this ever since I heard it existed, plus my brother did some stuff for the show so I can't wait.

          HBO is trying to retake the "Best TV Channel" crown back from Showtime with the Pacific, this, the Scorcese show, the Game of Thrones or whatever that show is, etc.

              it doesnt really explain any kind of plot, Ill have to keep an eye on this.

                      I don't know how many people watched tonight but man, I can't wait for the rest of the season. At the end of the episode during the funeral they passed by my grandma's house, it's not a big thing but that's cool.

                                      Missed it-seeing the replay tonight at 9 (CST). It will be Good to see some Wire actors. I missed this and I work in the city, living in the Gretna suburbs.

                                          David Simon really did his research cause he got a lot of little things, like places paying a crazy amount of money for minimum wage jobs, right. I remember when I went back after Katrina the McDonalds' in the city were paying $10 an hour just for the regular jobs.

                                              I enjoyed the show. Well done with some of my favorite actors. Made me want a Lemon Hubigs.

                                                          I liked it a lot. I remember The Wire started off slow, and considering the number of characters this show is following, it's good they're taking the time to develop their history.

                                                          I gotta admit, I do miss the violence and criminal element in The Wire.
