I'm disappointed in Erykah Badu. Don't care what she thinks she was trying to do or show the world. That was an ignorant move. If a male was doing that in the street, I'm sure they'd be getting 5-10 easy with no parole and a pedophile rap sheet to follow them for the rest of their life. Honestly, she dropped so many levels in the attractive column for me only because she seemed to be a different type of female artist. I thought she was along the lines of someone with some type of morals. Basically selling your body for attention. She says some small thing at the end and it's suppose to make it enlightening? Ridiculous how that process goes. Maybe I'm getting old and less tolerable of ignorance and stupidity. At any rate, that definitely turned her more into an item than a person. Thing that a lot of the males are saying in this thread and wherever else is not how deep that was, but how deep they'd like to go.......

To be fair, and with all due respect to everyone here, the reaction here at OS from a bunch of 18-35 year-old dudes who are are banned by the TOS from talking about politics probably isn't the best gauge for a reaction to this video.

I don't see how anybody would be surprised Erykah would come up with something like this anyway. She has always seemed like a free spirit, especially sexually, to me. I'm not saying she's a ho, but I get the impression from her that love/romance/sex is a thing to be shared with people you love. Maybe I'm way off base? Not that it matters to me one bit, I planned to pick up Part II the second Part I ended.

How so? She's an artist and is putting her work out into the public. I'm a viewer of art (not to mention an artist as well) so I'm entitled to my opinions and critiques to her work especially if I have backed up my statements as to why I feel that way.
