Gang Starr has always been one of my favorite hip-hop groups. Too bad Guru and Premier had a big falling out and were never able to hash out their differences. Those guys really brought something unique to the table.

Exactly. Reports were that Guru was i nand out of a coma since at least February... whether he had the presence of mind or ability to ever write that letter is suspect. Sad that Solar or whoever wrote it basically took most of the time bigging Solar up and bagging on Primo. Seemed unusually bitter for aman who was dying of cancer, normally people let that kind of **** go when they're on their deathbed... casts even more doubt on it IMO.

Here's Guru's apparent nephew explaining some of the situation... Solar sounds like a shady-*** dude, but I guess you never know...
