    I wouldn't be surprised either. This cat Solar is not acting like it was just a friendship with Guru. You don't get people acting this crazy/shady unless there is a romantic relationship going on.

      I just found out about this just now. So sad, I remember buying and wearing out Gangstarr's first tape. Forgot the name of the album, but it had "Just to Get a Rep" on it. They don't make MC's like this anymore.

        Wow, this interview is heartbreaking... I feel terrible for Guru and hope Solar gets what's coming to him.

        The mother of Solar's child and former 7 Grand Records employee comes forward to refute speculation, and candidly reveal the mental and physical abuse she witnessed Guru endure from the man who calls himself a "brother."

            You're referring to Step in the Arena which is Gang Starr's second album. No More Mr. Nice Guy is the name of their first album.
