Really, it's bad.

They advertise at 1.5 MB per second but I can't even stream Netflix from my 360 because it tells me that my connection is too slow.

I live, literally, right by the water tower where the signal supposedly picks up from. I always have five bars on my modem, which signifies the strongest connection possible, yet I have to let YouTube videos load for minutes and minutes before they'll play. The guy who brought us our modem told us, "Yeah, you guys are set, you're in the best possible spot in the area for a fast connection."

Maybe I am just doing something wrong. My computer is clean. I don't have thousands of files on my PC bogging it down, so I am not sure what to do.

Wow. You live in Washington too? I thought that market was supposed to have the best coverage considering the HQ is out there. I was seriously looking at buying Clear while at the mall yesterday.

this is a wireless isp, right?
Thats what i have in my town too, and the connection is always dropping.
Are you connecting the computer right to the modem, or are you running a wireless router throughout your house??
