I can understand the recent hate on Nicholas Cage, as most of his movies have been pretty awful. But don't judge him on his last several roles. I'll run off some of the other movies he has been in that I enjoyed.

I just want Jack Black to record more with Tenacious D. Their series on HBO was great and the album that came out before they released the movie was solid. Not much of a fan of the movie or the soundtrack for it.

Edit: King Kong was alright. Just too long.

Have you not seen BE KIND, PLEASE REWIND? I thought that was a damn good movie though Black's part wasn't all that great.

Someone mentioned Tyrese Gibson, he doesn't bother me too much and really he did himself a huge favor in my book with his first motion picture BABY BOY which I thought was EXCELLENT. He hasn't done anything remotely close to that quality since then but none of his roles have been terribly offensive IMO.

As for actors that I can't stand? I wouldn't know too much as I tend to stay away from movies with people that get under my skin. I do think Nic Cage USED to be quite good but at some point he lost his mojo.

I love Denzel Washington, but I just don't enjoy his one-dimensional shtick that he throws into every movie. I also don't like Tony Scott as a director, someone who Denzel works with quite often.
