What if your contract doesn't expire until 2011? Either way, it's full price, right?

I think it's full price for you guys, but I could be wrong.

Refresh/update is the same thing. Since there was a refresh in April, the next Macbook Pro update will be in the fall (late October/November), which will be just when you're looking to buy.

Right, Apple would not give a refresh to the Macbooks or Macbook Pros right in the middle of their busiest sales period (summer with grads making purchases before going off to college).
