    Blu-ray collection:

My setup consists of the following:

    Samsung PN64D7000 64" Plasma TV
Onkyo HT-S7300 7.1 Surround Sound Home Theater
    Microsoft 250GB Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360
    Sony 250GB PS3 Slim
AT&T U-verse HD DVR with the U450 TV package
AT&T U-verse Residential Gateway with Max Turbo (24mb) wi-fi internet
    Monster HDMI cables
    Monster 16 gauge speaker wire
    Monster power supply
    Honeywell high velocity air purifier
Robert Eclipse blackout curtains by J.C. Penney
    Lane furniture

Sorry for the flash on the picture of the TV. It is damn near impossible for me to take a good picture of it without flash since my room is entirely black at all time of the day because of my blackout curtains so I have to use a lot of flash. Also, you might see a lot of wire everywhere (especially in the center right picture) but my room is so dark that you absolutely cannot see any of them with the naked eye.

Out of the box, it was solid. But now that I calibrated the audio and have my speaker placement dialed in, it sounds fantastic. I have friends who have spent damn near three times as much as I did on their surround sound systems and I still prefer the way mine sounds, especially for movies. It does leave a little to be desired when it comes to just music playback, but I can set up a channel especially for that purpose and play around with the EQ. Just haven't had the time to do that yet.

Also, I forgot to add that my TV stand is an Init tempered glass stand from Best Buy. The largest one, of course.

Nice setup. Its crazy that there are now 9.2 and 11.2 setups. Lionsgate is the only studio I can think of that consistently uses 7.1 audio tracks.

Well, considering the fact that my theater room is only 156 square feet (13x12) I would say that a 1200 watt 7.1 system is borderline overkill! Not to mention a 64 inch display since I only sit about 9 feet away from the screen.

My setup, need to still fix some of the cables and move the outlet under the TV to the right side of the room behind the tower. The sub woofer is between the couch and the TV stand which can't be seen here.

I need a new camera, many of my images come out with grain like this here.

Nice set up man. I looked at that same TV a little while back when I was shopping. My previous set up was plasma so I thought I would change it up so I flipped a coin and went with a 55' LG LED with passive 3D. I was wanting to go over 60' but 55 was/is? the biggest LG make with the passive 3D.

I used to think a 55" TV was pretty big, but after having this 64" set for the last five weeks I couldn't believe how small the 55" looks to me now. I stopped in at Worst Lie (Best Buy) to pick up a wall mount for my 40" LCD (bedroom TV) and was talking with a few of the sales guys on the floor right next to where the 55" LED TVs were and I just couldn't help but notice how miniscule they looked in comparison.

Oh yeah, for anyone curious as to what I have in my Blu-ray collection, here you go:

I know I'm digging up an old thread but thought it would be cool to see if there are any new setups now that the new consoles are out.

I picked up a new monitor last week. My wife also gave me her old desk, she said "it was beginning to bore her", although I'm not sure if she was talking about me or the desk. The chair is not all that comfortable but it was free, can't complain too much. You know, I planned on painting this room when we bought the house, yet 5 years later I'm still staring at baby **** green!
