    eReader

I haven't seen too much discussion on eReaders here. There was one thread I found but hadn't been posted in since February.

Does anyone own an eReader? Which one do you own? What is good about it? What is bad about it?

I'm looking to get one for my wife but I'm undecided between the Kindle, the Nook, and Sony.

It's a great time to buy! The Nook and the Kindle have dropped in price to $149 and $189, respectively.

      Re: eReader

I just bought the 3G/WiFi Nook at best buy.

I love it so far. I didn't like that the Kindle was only 3G, plus I wanted to be able to hold the Nook in my hand before I made the decision to buy. Something I can't do now, at least not until Target starts carrying the Kindle.

It takes a little bit to get used to the UI on the Nook, but after a while it's second nature. Love that you can walk in to any B&N and read any book for up to an hour. I also love that you can purchase a book on your computer, but then sync it to your Nook without having to connect the device to your computer.
