    ITunes installation problem

I have Windows 7 and went to the Apple website and downloaded I-Tunes....

The latest macOS offers the world’s best way to play — and add to — your collection of music, movies, TV shows, podcasts, audiobooks, and more.

I saved and ran the setup exe and get this message.

"This Itune is intended for 32bit version, please download the 64 bit version installer instead"

I did that and got the same message? I have a 64 bit operating system.

    Can't figure this out.

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is: are you sure you downloaded the 64 bit version the second time?

Did you uninstall the 32bit version and reboot your PC 1st before you tried to install the 64bit version ?

I'll try the reboot. I'm downloading another version of the 64 bit. Thanks, get back to you in a few.

As always, reboot worked. You guys come thru again. Thanks a lot.
