This is about the show on Syfy, loosely based on a Steven King novel (the Colorado Kid) and starring Emily Rose (Elena from the Uncharted games).
It's a little like if Steven King had written for the X-Files, at least the first episode was. It's not really based on the novel, it's almost like a sequel of sorts.
First impression, I really like it a lot. My only trepidation is committing to watch a show with large overarching mystery plots not knowing if they will ever have the chance to wrap them up, and Syfy has a history of unceremoniously axing shows without warning not giving them a chance to do a series finale.
